Complete New Patient Forms
For all new patients, we ask that you complete our new member forms to the best of your ability, so that we can further understand your healthcare history, past trauma or injuries, and other factors that may be contributing to your current health. This information allows us to create a customized plan suitable to you and your specific complaints.
Comprehensive Examination
​A thorough chiropractic examination is performed to evaluate spinal motion, joint function, posture, and neurological involvement. This may include orthopedic and neurological testing to better understand the source of your discomfort.
Findings and Next Steps
After the examination, we discuss what was found and determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate. In many cases, this allows us to outline initial care recommendations right away. In some situations, additional information may be needed — such as imaging (X-rays) or further evaluation — before final recommendations are made.
Initial Adjustment
Most patients will receive a gentle, targeted initial adjustment on their first visit to help reduce pain and improve mobility, provided it is safe and appropriate to do so. Techniques are selected based on your condition and comfort level.
Plan Moving Forward
Before leaving, you’ll have a clear understanding of what was done, what the next steps are, and when to return. For some patients, a detailed care plan is established on day one; for others, this may occur on the follow-up visit after reviewing additional information.
